What company makes the bar stools that you are selling?

All of the bar stools for sale on our website are manufactured in Chicago by Richardson Seating Corporation.  Technically, that is us so I guess we make everyting on the site.  Your credit card charge will say Richardson Seating and we will also make and ship the bar stools to you.

Do the bar stools come with a commercial warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes they do.  The bar stools come with a one year warranty against manufacture's defects.  It is good in the USA and it is good for any indoor commercial enviroment.  Here is a link to the exact wording of Richardson Seating's warranty.

How is shipping FREE?

Accepted Answer

Well, nothing is free.  Shipping is included in the price that we are charging.  We are going to be playing around with the pricing as we see how much things really cost.  If you would like to have us ship collect and reduce the price of the bar stool, we can definitely look into that.  If you end up returning the bar stools for any reason that isn't damage or a mistake, we will need you to pay for return shipping.  If it's our fault, we will glady take care of it at our expense.

Can I save money if I pick up from your factory in Chicago?

Right now, we aren't allowing pickups because of Covid.

How long do most orders take?

Accepted Answer

We try to have all of these products in stock.  Even with them in stock, it still takes us 5-7 days to process the paper work and ship the order.  We are working with a reduced staff as we practice social distancing in the factory and warehouse.
